Manager Life
imaginary Manager Life is a virtual role-play in which characters (tutor and users) interact within a 3D-rebuilt room.
This game is intended to be used in professional training, to achieve a common objective in a work team, and to be part of a training course. The common objective can be obtained only by negotiating between participants, each with a target related to his/her role.
The game can be used by up to 8 players at the same time, one of which is an expert moderator that coordinates the discussion by following decisions and performances. You can use Manager Life on the Internet.
Each player takes a different role, assigned when they log-in. Participants act when a meeting occurs and try to achieve the common objective, remaining faithful to their own characteristics, as described in the game.
Unlike traditional games, Manager Life overcomes the barrier of physical presence: a psychological and logistic limit that often influences choices and actions of the participants. Virtual interpretation that occurs via chat and a messaging system, similar to e-mail, removes all difficulties and opportunities to be influenced by other players. Each choice, decision and action performed is completely free from external conditioning and are dictated by real strategic or specific abilities of the player.
The tutor, as well as following the trend of the game, evaluates the performance of every single player with a note, with the average resulting between the management level of his/her presence in a meeting and his/her ability to solve conflicts, to reach the fixed objective.
