"The Serious Game for ratiopharm"
May 2008 – ratiopharm is a pharmaceutical firm, specializing in the production of generic drugs. It wants to alert pharmacists to the importance of proposing to the customer an alternative generic drug to the branded medical prescription.The firm asked imaginary to create a new game which presents pharmacists with possible objections that patients could raise in the act of buying medication. Built as a real conversation between the pharmacist and the patient, Dr. Mouse is intended to make the pharmacist aware of the significance of giving clear and comprehensive information on an equivalent generic drug, offered in place of the prescribed one.
At the end of the simulation, the player can see the results of their game, with the help of feedback which briefly and clearly explains the consequences of their behavior.
