Serious Games for the internal communication: the SKY Italy case study
SKY Italy had the necessity to inform its 4.000 employees, working in different offices scattered across Italy, about the introduction of an innovative computerized way of making requests and manage vacation and work permits. Based on the SAP technology, this brand-new formula shortens the process and time of asking for holidays.
Willing to avoid traditional ways of communication as e-mails, or paper circulars, SKY applied to imaginary for the creation of two different Serious Games. These simulations are aimed at staff who need to ask for vacations, and managers who have to authorize them, explaining how the use of a new computerized procedure is beneficial: saving time and reducing the ecological impact by avoiding the use of paper.
