Once the skills that the customer wishes to measure have been identified, participants are selected and divided into self-assessors and those who will evaluate others (boss, customer, colleague, subordinate). The system (a restricted-access internet site) collects the participants’ assessments which, when processed, help to create the profile of each resource assessed.
